The place
The Sydney Buddhist Centre in Newtown offers meditation and Buddhism, under the theme of developing awareness, integration and clarity of mind. Its retreat centre, Vijayaloka ("realm of great victory"), has served for nearly forty years, and the centre is launching a project to renovate it for the next fifty years.
