Life is beautiful. Just notice it.
ANEW is a small, independent app made in Thailand for people who live under pressure. It brings the shape of a Thai temple day into ordinary life: a short ritual to begin each morning anew, and a short ritual each evening to notice what was beautiful.
What we believe
Most of us are not short of information. We are short of moments when we stop and actually see our own lives. ANEW exists to create those moments, so that people have more patience, more gratitude, and more care to give to the people around them.
What you will find in the app
- Morning: check in, chant, sit, and set one kind intention.
- Evening: look back, notice what was good, and rest.
- The meaning of every chant in plain English, so you understand what you practice.
- Thai day colors, shared as a cultural tradition for reflection, not as prediction.
The core practice is free. There are no streaks and no scoreboards. Every return is welcome.
How we write the Journal
Every article that quotes a chant or a teaching names its source, usually an early Buddhist text on SuttaCentral, and is reviewed before it is published. We label Thai cultural beliefs as beliefs, not as Buddhist teaching. ANEW is not a temple, a monk, or a teacher, and it does not replace medical or mental health care.
