The place
Chenrezig Institute for Wisdom Culture is perched on the edge of the Blackall Range in the Sunshine Coast hinterland of Queensland, Australia, in a rainforest setting seven kilometres from the township of Eudlo. It describes itself as a Buddhist centre and retreat for meditation, study and spiritual growth, with the mission statement: "Through wisdom and compassion to influence people's lives for the better."
