The place
Sydney Insight Meditators supports insight (vipassana) meditation through a network of groups, including Blue Mountains, Canberra, Central Coast, Illawarra, Inner West, Lennox Head, Newcastle, North Sydney, Northern Beaches, Northern Rivers, Southern Highlands and an online Sky Sangha.
